This peppered beef jerky blend is a bit spicy but not too overwhelming! We combine coarse ground black pepper and little special seasoning to our whole top round beef. Then we smoke slow and low using real hickory wood creating a peppered jerky that never disappoints! Available in 3.5 oz and 15 oz packages.

Incredible beef jerky! I eat a lot of this stuff and have tried many (big brands, national shops and local). I can honestly say this is the best, by far. Amazing flavor, texture and consistency... every piece is a winner. Given the quality of meat, I would also call this a great value. My favorite is the spicy cayenne pepper. Just the right amount of heat while also having a sort of sweetness to it. Keep up the great work!
