This is our signature jerky that uses a custom blend of quality spices and marinades, which are added to our hand picked whole primal top round beef. We then slow smoke with real hickory wood over four hours to create the perfect combination of smoke, salt, flavor and texture! Available in 3.5 oz and 15 oz packages.

Incredible beef jerky! I eat a lot of this stuff and have tried many (big brands, national shops and local). I can honestly say this is the best, by far. Amazing flavor, texture and consistency... every piece is a winner. Given the quality of meat, I would also call this a great value. My favorite is the spicy cayenne pepper. Just the right amount of heat while also having a sort of sweetness to it. Keep up the great work!
