Breakfast Sausage - Regular or Maple– Wisco Meats eye opening breakfast sausage blend should be added to 50% Venison or Beef to 50% Pork (Ex: 4.5lbs venison to 4.5lbs pork). Can also be added to 100% pork, but make sure pork is 75-80% Lean. Grind meat combination once. Add seasoning and begin mixing, while mixing add 2 cups cold water. If Maple links are desired, you can add 1 cup maple syrup and 1 cup brown sugar at this time and continue mixing. After mixing well for at least 5 minutes grind a second time. The sausage is now ready to be stuffed into casings of your desire (Wisco Meats recommends 22-24mm Sheep Casing) or into packages of your liking. Be sure to cook thoroughly, reaching an internal temperature of 160°F.

Seasoning Ingredients: Salt, Dextrose, Spices, Monosodium Glutamate, Citric Acid, Spice Extractives, Sugar, Black Pepper, Red Pepper.
